I really wish that Pippin could stay awake long enough for something to actually happen. He’s only awake briefly here, before falling asleep again and waking up seemingly 24 hours later.
He wakes in a fog…literally. He can hear Gandalf talking to some men, and it sounds like they’ve come to a guarded gate. The men will let Gandalf in, as he’s familiar to them. Pippin, though, is strange.
Oh, and Shadowfax called a bunch of horses to come flying by them. That was kind of cool, though I have no idea why he did it.
-the Seven Stones: All the palantíri, together, were seven in total. There are three left known to man, and we’ve seen one and inferred the other. The third? Soon…
-the Seven Gates: Lots of sevens here! There are seven gates to enter or exit Minas Tirith.
Is there something I should call riding on horseback, in relation to walking? So far, we have walking (normal walking) and vertical walking (climbing). Horseback riding shall be…fast animal walking! And it was so.
So…again, Pippin is asleep for most of the page. I have nothing else to say.
No one dies today.
