Go see Brave you guys. For the trailers.
I mean, the movie’s good, but there’s a Hobbit trailer. And as such I smiled a lot.
So today. It’s getting late. Let’s do this.
When Galadriel looked at everyone in turn, they each felt like they were being presented with a choice: stay with the Fellowship, or leave off for something that they greatly desire. Go home, or something like that. Most people freely share what option they were given, but apparently Boromir stubbornly refuses. Frodo does as well, albeit with some class. Aragorn snaps at everyone for speaking suspiciously of Galadriel. Then he sleeps. The rest do too.
Morning is beautiful!
And then several days pass uneventfully. Huzzah.
Fellowship of the LATE: 83 pages
Hold on, we’re not allowed to judge Galadriel for peering into everyone’s minds? That seems unfair. I would absolutely be suspicious of that.
Am I siding with Boromir? Yes, I think I am.
Although he doesn’t reveal what it was that Galadriel offered him…so he’s still a bit on the naughty list.
Does Santa exist in Middle-earth? I’m going to go with no.
When it’s late, I think in short bursts.
You know what’s cool? Even in winter, Lothlórien feels like spring. That’s cool.
Remember back when I was trying subtly to keep track of what day it was? I GOT NO CLUE ANYMORE.
“It seemed to them that they did little but eat and drink and rest, and walk among the trees; and it was enough.”
